WHY I BUILT THIS
I built the Career Discovery App because too many experienced women are being told—directly or indirectly—that starting over means starting from scratch.
I don't believe that.
After decades of working, solving problems, managing responsibilities, learning on the fly, helping other people and simply living life, you've accumulated skills that may be far more marketable than you realize.
The problem isn't always that you need more experience. Sometimes you just need help seeing what you already know how to do—and translating it into opportunities that exist now.

Job Listings & Third-Party Information
